The Raffle is being conducted by The Kiwanis Club of Mason, a 501(C)4 non-profit service organization, chartered April 12, 1956 and is part of Kiwanis International.
Prize: Winning Entrant ((“Entrant”) being defined as one who meets all eligibility requirements and has completed an eligible entry into the Raffle) will receive a certificate from The Memorial Tournament good for two (2) week-long Patron Tickets to the 2025 Memorial Tournament presented by Workday for the dates of May 26 – June 1, 2025. Winner will need to immediately contact the tournament office to redeem the certificate for the tickets. Instructions for this have been provided by The Memorial Tournament. Patron Tickets have a value of $300 per ticket and are good for admission to the grounds for all seven days of the tournament.
In order to be declared the Winner (“Winner“) of the Raffle, winning Entrant must complete and execute a Declaration of Compliance and Release and otherwise comply with the Raffle rules (“Official Rules.“)

Entrant will complete all information requested on the electronic form and will complete payment for the Raffle ticket to complete an eligible entry. Drawing will take place at Noon EDT on May 15, 2025. Winner will be notified on May 15, 2025 through the contact information provided on Entry form. Winner will be published on the MasonKiwanis.org website.
The prize that may be awarded to the eligible Winner is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. Entrants must provide valid and accurate contact information. Cancellation Policy: In the event the 2025 Memorial Tournament is cancelled for any reason, OR patron participation is suspended or limited for any reason, to include the raffle patron tickets, prior to the conclusion of the raffle on May 14, 2025, the raffle will convert to a 50-50 Raffle, with the Winner receiving 50% of raffle proceeds in cash, the total of which will be as of the end of ticket sales on 11:59 P.M. EDT May 14, 2025, exclusive of processing fees.

Entrant must be able to show proof of purchase of a valid entry into the Raffle. Proof of purchase will be provided via email at time of valid Raffle entry. Disqualification; Fraud. Failure to comply with the Official Rules is grounds for immediate disqualification from the Raffle. All decisions made by the Kiwanis Club of Mason are final. The Kiwanis Club of Mason may waive any of these Official Rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Raffle is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
