Prerequisites
Student must reside in the Mason City School District or attend Mason High School.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate commitment to community service, strong educational motivation, leadership skills through their activities in school, faith organizations, youth groups, volunteer efforts, and work experience.
Students pursuing community college, technical, or certificate program
Students pursuing a four-year degree at an accredited university or college
– $2,000 Scholarship – $1,000 per year, renewable for up to 2 years – Must provide a letter of recommendation – Grade transcripts – Deadline is March 15, 2024
– $8,000 Scholarship – $2,000 per year, renewable for up to 4 years – Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA – Must provide required letters of recommendation – Grade transcripts – ACT or SAT score(s) – Deadline is March 15, 2024
