After reviewing the requirements and due dates below, download the PDF to your computer.	Complete the application form in its entirety. Save the updated PDF using your first and last name as part of the file name.	Submit your application with all supporting documentation using the email link below.

Prerequisites

Student must reside in the Mason City School District in Ohio or attend William Mason High School (OH) and be a 2026 high school graduate.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate commitment to community service, strong educational motivation, leadership skills through their activities in school, faith organizations, youth groups, volunteer efforts, and work experience.

Students pursuing an Associate Degree	Students pursuing a Certificate Program at a technical or trade school	Students pursuing a four-year degree full-time at an accredited university or college
– $2,000 Scholarship – $1,000 per year, renewable for up to 2 years – Must provide a letter of recommendation – Grade transcripts – 2026 Deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026	– Up to $2,000 Scholarship over two years (not to exceed $1,000 per year) – Must provide a letter of recommendation – Grade transcripts – 2026 Deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026	– $8,000 Scholarship – $2,000 per year, renewable for up to 4 years – Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA – Must provide required letters of recommendation – Grade transcripts – ACT or SAT score(s) – FAFSA conclusion page for financial aid – 2026 Deadline is Friday, April 10, 2026
